About Me

Welcome!

I first fell in love with the world of patisserie during lockdown, teaching myself how to whisk, fold, and pipe my way through those strange days. With plenty of trial, error, and the occasional bit of swearing, this little business was born. And even though I took a break, I never stopped learning.

During that time away, I levelled up my skills working as a pastry chef in a mix of wonderful kitchens. Now I’m back, feeling more inspired, more confident, and definitely more skilled (the proof will be in the pudding!).

There’s lots to look forward to: I’m bringing back all your fan favourites and launching my brand new catering range - something I’ve been dreaming up for a while.
